I think college football was one of the smartest decisions I ever made. For starters, I was the first one to move into my dorm room therefore getting first dibs on my bed and my closet, leaving the other two roommates to scavange for a what's left. Reason number two for playing college ball is the fact that you make 110 friends right away from the start. I think its some of the closest thing you have to family around campus (for the first couple weeks anyways), and you make great friends with those who have had a couple years more experience than you at college. I think its a great way to start off college as long as you are willing to put the effort forth to play.
